Here are some healthy and fun recipes from Parents Magazine, September 2009, that the whole family will enjoy.

Recipe 2:

Sliced Apple Sandwiches

Cut the top off an apple and slice the apple into 8 slices. Each will have a star shape in the middle, from the apple core. Spray with lemon juice to prevent browning, then spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter and a little strawberry jam between 2 slices to make sandwiches.
